Please find our return policy below:
1) Our 30-Day Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unopened, unused, with all seals and tamper-evident packaging fully intact, and in the original packaging. Please retain your order confirmation/receipt as proof of purchase.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened or with broken seals.
2) How to Start a Return
Email us at info@floridasunshinevitamins.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return
- Clear photo(s) if the item arrived damaged/incorrect
If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and a return shipping label.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
3) Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind / ordered by mistake: Return postage is paid by the customer. If we provide a prepaid label, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We’ll cover return postage (or offer a replacement/refund without return where appropriate).
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
4) Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@floridasunshine.co.uk with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
5) Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Any opened supplement or item with broken seals/tamper-evident packaging

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases (not typically sold by us)

Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

6) Exchanges
For the quickest service, please place a new order for the item you want and process a return of the original item per the steps above.
7) EU/UK Cooling-Off Period (Distance Selling)
If your order is shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in original packaging. Please include proof of purchase and follow the How to Start a Return steps. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind cancellations.
8) Refunds
We’ll email you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
- If items are returned in a condition that is not original, resellable (e.g., opened, missing packaging, damaged beyond transit), we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received funds, please contact us at info@floridasunshine.co.uk.
9) Wrong Address / Unclaimed Parcels
Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection may be refunded minus original shipping and return shipping (where charged by the carrier). We’re happy to reship once the correct address is confirmed and any additional postage is paid.
