These are very large vitamin C capsules. Despite their size, they are pretty easy to swallow, and there is no real taste or smell to them. It is hard to determine when a vitamin C supplement is helping you, as there really aren't any visible indications. The lack of visible benefits doesn't deter me, however, and I would recommend these tablets from Florida Sunshine - with a caveat. I cannot award a full 5 stars because these are on the extremely expensive side of vitamin supplements at £16.99 for 120 capsules.

This seems to be (and is advertised as) high quality vitamin C in a better form than the more standard ascorbic acid. It’s hard to verify that claim but if it’s true, this is a great product, albeit pricey.

4 months worth of high strength vitamin c without a horrible taste is a win in my eyes. Good value for money. Quite large to swallow but no issues.
